Terms and Conditions
> All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
> Costs will vary for custom-made orders. Confirmation of order is subject to availability of stocks and materials.
> Upon receiving your order, we will send an email acknowledgment within 3 days. We will try to mail out all items within one week upon payment received. (Please m ake payment within 3 days upon receiving our confirmation email.
> If you need the item(s) urgently, please indicate the latest delivery/collection date.
> Strictly no meet-ups.

Payment Mode
All prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs and in Singapore dollars.
Payment is to be made via funds transfer to DBS or UOB Savings. The account number will be listed in the confirmation email. We will proceed with your order once payment is received.

Delivery / Collection
1) A fee indicated by Singpost is chargeable for local (Singapore) delivery. The postage fee depends on the weight of the items. You can choose normal or registered post. However, please note that the parcel cannot be tracked if you choose to receive order by normal post. Please contact us for a quotation for overseas shipping charges.

2) There will be NO CHARGE for self collection.Orders can be collected from Bishan MRT Station or a shop in Ang Mo Kio Central (on arranged dates only). Details can be discussed via email.

3. We are not responsible for items damaged during delivery.
